Aqua Climb

• 45 minute Aqua Climb session
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session for check-in and the safety briefing.

Minimum Age

• Participants must be at least 8 years old.

Swimming Ability

• All participants must be confident in water, able to jump into deep water, and swim 25 metres unaided.

Jewellery & Piercings

• All jewellery, including earrings, piercings, watches, and fitness trackers, must be removed before participation.
• Participants who are unable to remove jewellery will not be permitted to take part.

Wetsuits & Buoyancy Aids

• Wetsuits are included free of charge but are optional.
• A buoyancy aid is provided and must be worn at all times on the Aqua Park.
• Hard soled and close toed shoes such as trainers or water shoes must be worn

Medical Conditions

• Participants should be physically fit and capable of taking part in a strenuous water-based activity.
• Any relevant medical conditions should be disclosed to staff.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are non-refundable.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
• No refunds or reschedules are available for late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to meet participation requirements.
