Ringo Session

Activity Duration

• 15-minute Ringo session.

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session for check-in and the safety briefing.

How It Works

• Up to 2 people can ride at the same time.

• For groups of 3, riders will take turns throughout the booked session.

• For groups larger than 3, we recommend booking additional sessions to maximise riding time.

Minimum Age

• Participants must be at least 8 years old.

Safety Equipment

• A helmet and buoyancy aid will be provided and must be worn at all times during the activity.

Medical Conditions

• Participants should be physically fit and capable of taking part in a fast-paced water sports activity.

• Any relevant medical conditions should be disclosed to staff before participation.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

• No refunds or reschedules are available for late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to meet participation requirements.
