Activity Duration

• 1-day E-Bike hire

Minimum Age

• Riders must be at least 14 years old.

• Riders under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

What to Wear

• Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear are recommended.

• Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times whilst riding.

E-Bike Requirements

• Riders must be confident and capable of riding a bicycle.

• Bikes must only be ridden on roads and designated cycle routes.

• Riders must follow the Highway Code at all times.

• E-Bikes must be returned by the agreed return time and in the same condition they were hired.

• Any damage caused through misuse or negligence may be chargeable.

Medical Conditions

• Riders should be physically fit and capable of safely riding an e-bike.

• Any relevant medical conditions that may affect your ability to ride safely should be disclosed to staff before hire.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• Hire sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

• No refunds or reschedules are available for late arrivals, no-shows or failure to meet participation requirements.
