Aqua Park & Ringo - 1 person

Activity Duration

• 15-minute Ringo session

• 1-hour Aqua Park session

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your first activity for check-in and the safety briefing.

How It Works

• Up to 2 people can ride the Ringo at the same time.

• For groups of 3, riders will take turns throughout the 15-minute session.

Minimum Age

• Participants must be at least 8 years old.

Height & Weight Restrictions

• Participants must be at least 1.2m tall.

• Maximum weight: 120kg.

Swimming Ability

• All participants must be confident in water, able to jump into deep water, and swim 25 metres unaided.

Jewellery & Piercings

• All jewellery, including earrings, piercings, watches and fitness trackers, must be removed before participation.

• Participants who are unable to remove jewellery will not be permitted to take part.

Safety Equipment

• A buoyancy aid must be worn at all times during both activities.

• A helmet will be provided and must be worn during the Ringo session.

• Wetsuits are included free of charge but are optional.

Medical Conditions

• Participants should be physically fit and capable of taking part in strenuous water-based activities.

• Any relevant medical conditions should be disclosed to staff before participation.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

• No refunds or reschedules are available for late arrivals, no-shows or failure to meet participation requirements.
