Activity Duration

• 45-minute Aqua Climb session

• 1-day E-Bike hire

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your Aqua Climb session for check-in and the compulsory safety briefing.

Minimum Age

• Participants must be at least 14 years old.

Swimming Ability

• All Aqua Climb participants must be confident in water, able to jump into deep water, and swim 25 metres unaided.

Jewellery & Piercings

• All jewellery, including earrings, piercings, watches and fitness trackers, must be removed before participation.

• Participants who are unable to remove jewellery will not be permitted to take part.

Wetsuits & Buoyancy Aids

• Wetsuits are included free of charge but are optional.

• A buoyancy aid is provided and must be worn at all times on the Aqua Climb.

• Hard-soled, closed-toe shoes, such as trainers or water shoes, must be worn.

E-Bike Requirements

• Riders must be at least 14 years old.

• Riders under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

• Helmets must be worn at all times.

• Riders must be confident and capable of riding a bicycle.

• Bikes must only be ridden on roads and designated cycle routes.

Medical Conditions

• Participants should be physically fit and capable of taking part in both activities.

• Any relevant medical conditions should be disclosed to staff before participation.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

• No refunds or reschedules are available for late arrivals, no-shows or failure to meet participation requirements.
