Come join us for a unique exercise experience combining yoga and paddleboarding. Abie our instructor will guide you through yoga poses while you balance on a paddleboard in peaceful water setting. Don't worry if you're new to yoga or paddleboarding – we'll make sure you're comfortable and safe.
 
The session runs for 60 minutes, allowing ample time to explore various yoga poses, relax, and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
 
Experience Level:
No prior paddleboarding or yoga experience is required to participate. Our instructors will provide guidance suitable for all levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
 
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting wet, we can provide wetsuits if you would like
Water bottle to stay hydrated
