Aqua Park & Paddleboarding

Activity Duration

• 1-hour Paddleboard hire

• 1-hour Aqua Park session

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your Paddleboard session for check-in.

Minimum Age

• Participants must be at least 8 years old.

Swimming Ability

• All participants must be confident in water, able to jump into deep water, and swim 25 metres unaided.

Jewellery & Piercings

• All jewellery, including earrings, piercings, watches and fitness trackers, must be removed before participating on the Aqua Park.

• Participants who are unable to remove jewellery will not be permitted to take part.

Wetsuits & Buoyancy Aids

• Wetsuits are included free of charge but are optional.

• A buoyancy aid is provided and must be worn at all times during both activities.

Paddleboard Requirements

• Participants must follow all instructions given by staff.

• Paddleboards must remain within the designated paddling area.

• Participants should be confident and capable of paddling independently.

Aqua Park

• Please return to reception 30 minutes before your Aqua Park session (if not already completed) for the compulsory safety briefing.

Medical Conditions

• Participants should be physically fit and capable of taking part in both activities.

• Any relevant medical conditions should be disclosed to staff before participation.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

• No refunds or reschedules are available for late arrivals, no-shows or failure to meet participation requirements.
